Payment of the APC is required upon acceptance of your manuscript for publication.

Waiver Policy for Publication Fees
Researchers who are affiliated with one of the publication partners of JEMDS (Journal of Education, Management and Development Studies) or are associated with Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges may be eligible for a waiver of publication fees.
