Abstract
The study comprehensively analyzed the leadership styles, management skills, and organizational values of the multinational workforce at Taif University, Saudi Arabia, during the 2017-2018 academic year. In addition, it examined the personal and professional characteristics, leadership styles, management skills, and commitment to organizational values of the school administrators. The study also assessed the significance of the agreement on leadership styles, management skills, and organizational values among the three groups of respondents, as well as the relationship between leadership styles and management skills, leadership styles and commitment to organizational values, and management skills and commitment to organizational values. The findings revealed that the school administrators at Taif University are generally supportive, directive, and achievement-oriented and possess competent management skills. The study also found that the administrators demonstrate high commitment to the organizational values of excellence, performance priority, integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Overall, the study concluded that the school administrators at Taif University are typically middle-aged, well-educated, and experienced, with a positive leadership style that enables them to manage their teams effectively. Moreover, the administrators are committed to the organizational values of the institution. In enhancing their leadership, management, and commitment to organizational values, the study recommends having additional training sessions for school administrators. The school authorities should encourage employees by promoting multiple cultural backgrounds and values and being more visible, active, and accessible. Additionally, the study suggests that school administrators view challenges as opportunities for growth and continuous learning.
