Abstract

In this journal issue, we are pleased to provide a wide range of original research and review articles covering knowledge, information, and scholarship work in various fields. Our commitment to promoting a platform for research dissemination remains unwavering for enriching and enhancing the body of knowledge in a wide range of disciplines.

The paper "ChatGPT and Academic Research: A Review and Recommendations Based on Practical Examples" authored by Md. Mizanur Rahman et al. offer valuable insights into artificial intelligence and its applications in academic research. In the paper "ALPAS (Alleviating Pandemic Severity) Through Foresight: Capping the Digital Divide" by Romeo B. Sotto, Jr. et al., the focus is on the relevance of pandemic response strategies and proactive measures to bridge the digital gap.

The study "Analysis of Factors Related to the Application of Accounting Information Systems in Small, Medium, and Micro Businesses" by Rapina et al. examines the challenges and opportunities surrounding the adoption of accounting information systems in SMEs. A paper titled "Semantic Analysis on the Police Lingo in the Narratives of Students of Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration: A Forensic Linguistic Study" by Susan B. Pineda et al. explores the language complexity in law enforcement education. Lastly, the paper "The Rise of Night Market in Polangui, Albay: An Advantage to SMEs" by Kristine Angela Abitria provides insights into the benefits of night markets in Polangui, Albay, Philippines, to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
