In the study between work task motivation, emotional intelligence, and public leadership, Maria Anabel Escosora and Eugenio S. Guhao, Jr. present a structural equation model emphasizing the importance of organizational culture, which provides a roadmap for leaders to cultivate high-performing and emotionally intelligent teams. The study ChatGPT's Applications in Higher Education by Dhruba Sarker et al. reveals the wide potential and upcoming challenges of integrating AI-driven tools like ChatGPT in educational settings, sparking a timely discussion on the future of learning and teaching.
